About Us

We have been involved with Golden Retrievers since 1978.  In 1995 we bought Lycinan's Dromara Lily CDX TD from Cindy Williamson - Lycinan Goldens.  Lily opened the world of competitive Golden sports for us.  We have learned a lot since then and have made some wonderful friendships along the way.

 We are a small home based breeder in Maryland.  Breeding an occasional litter of puppies.  All of our dogs are OFA Hip & Elbow Clear, Hearts cleared by a Cardiologist (ACVC) and Eyes cleared by an Ophthalmologist (ACVO).  There are also a few more eye and skin clearances that my dogs are cleared for.  We strive to produce Golden Retrievers that are healthy, structurally sound and smart.  Quick learners are so much fun!

My litters are planned based on a puppy I would like to keep.  Trainability, longevity, temperament and structure are top priorities along with keeping their function as a retriever is very important.  Some of our puppies go into competitive homes.  Most of the puppies are purchased as cherished family pets, so they need to be great companions.

Golden Retrievers are a sporting breed so they are active.  Visit the Golden Retriever Club of America's site to research this breed.  This site has wonderful information to learn from.

Currently I am the Membership Chair of Chesapeake Golden Retriever Club.

Member in good standing of Potomac Valley Golden Retriever Club, Chesapeake Golden Retriever Club, Waterland Retriever Club, Conowingo HRC and the Golden Retriever Club of America.
